全自動液氮冷凍研磨儀研磨牛骨——上海凈信

實驗目的
將牛骨磨成粉末后在種植細胞觀察細胞的活性及生長。
實驗地點：中南大學湘雅醫學院孝
實驗材料和器具
樣品：牛的骨頭
儀器：全自動液氮冷凍研磨儀（上海凈信，JXFSTPRP-24）
耗材：專用適配器一套，研磨管一對
試劑：液氮若干
實驗步驟
1.準備好不銹鋼研磨管，將研磨管和研磨球清洗干凈，并滅菌滅酶；
2.將需要研磨的樣品直接放入準備好的研磨管中，不需要剪短，加入一顆研磨珠。蓋好蓋子；
3.將裝有組織樣品的研磨管放入液氮中，冷凍至不沸騰為止；
4.取出已經冷凍的適配器，把冷凍好的不銹鋼研磨管取出插入適配器中；
5.將適配器裝入凈信研磨儀中；
6.設定好參數，啟動儀器至研磨程序結束，可得到粉末狀樣品。
